Argentinean attorney and journalist specializing in public health policy. She is the Legal Coordinator for Latin America at Tobacco-Free Kids, where she provides technical legal assistance to promote tobacco control policies in the region.
She has extensive experience in non-communicable disease regulations, including policy development, legal drafting, litigation strategy, and capacity-building efforts. She previously worked at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, the Inter-American Heart Foundation Argentina, and the Foundation for the Development of Sustainable Policies.
A recipient of the WHO Director-General’s 2024 Award, she holds a Master of Laws in Global Health Law from Georgetown University and a Master in Global Democracy and Rule of Law from the University of Genoa.
