Mirza, Flávio

Professor of Criminal Procedure Law at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and a professor at Petrópolis Catholic University (UCP), Brazil. He holds a PhD in Law and an LL.M. from Gama Filho University (UGF), Brazil, and has conducted postdoctoral research in Democracy and Human Rights at the University of Coimbra, Portugal.

He is a lawyer specializing in white-collar criminal defense and has published several books and articles on Criminal Procedure Law and Evidence Law.
