Master's degree in Law at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and currently doing a PhD in Law at the same university. Pasqualotto is member of the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Processual (IBDP) and practices law in Brazil.

Among other works, she has published, in 2023, the book Proceso Civil Comparado: Del derecho procesal comparado a la comparación en el proceso civil (Palestra Editores).
